Vespa the motorcycle revolution
Vespa the motorcycle revolution
Hello friends
Walking the other day I found these jewels.
Cared for and pampered as factory exits.
The history of Vespa is very old, the first ones came out in 1946.
It's been a long time.
If you like motorcycles, surely you know them and if you own one, you will take care of it and pamper it as if you would have a treasure.
Here are some friends of the Vespas gathered, all with their small bikes, around a lot of curious people remembering old times.
It is worth stopping for a moment and admire them.
This one that we have here shining and new nobody would say that it is almost sixty years old or more.
I tried to look for the model looks like VESPA 125 "SEI GIORNI"
1951 but there is some difference.
I didn't ask just look at her and look and shine, she was beautiful and happy.
With the spare wheel between the legs, a rare place for her.
There was also some other.
Not so spoiled and cared for, but equally beautiful.
The passage of time and the kilometers traveled are noted in the lower part of this
Colors are also important, with them they make it unique and in your image.
I remember my friend's father as a child, she was the lucky one who had a motorcycle and the whole family entered it, we children laughed because she was riding the father who was the driver,
The mom and the three little ones they had.
You can imagine how many they rode, we laughed but deep down we wanted to be those children who enjoyed Dad's motorcycle.
And this pink .
The pink always say that it is delicate but this does not look delicate, rather the opposite a modern and warrior girl.

Cute collection of scooters... they are now very popular once again!
Even in Bali, where you can rent them...
What a cool selection of Vespas, the first one is very fancy almost too much so for my liking but cool to see
Like the colour of the scooter

I've never really understood the allure of Vespas but there is no denying their long-standing popularity. However, just because i don't want one doesn't mean that I can't admire something 60 years old that has been kept in such good shape. There must be something about those ubiquitous noisy little engines on those things that makes them keep running forever.
I'm a little confused by the 6th picture... is that a giant bike parked behind it or have they modified their vespa to include a massive windscreen?
A very different kind of revolution but it was good to see speculator colorful history of Vespa

Ha! I started out on a Vespa scooter, then had a bigger Lambretti scooter, then an old Triumph Bonneville motorbike and finally a 650cc Yamaha motorbike.
A great post here of the Vespa's my fear friend.
Blessings!
