Ready to Take off

I was on a trip to a bird sanctuary (Vedanthangal, in Tamilnadu) and found this guy on a twig in a rice field,
When I clicked this it was late noon, with a lot of sunlight shining onto this beauty.
I was lucky to click it just before it flew away.
