After providing you some basic information in the first part, I wanna show you my favourite pictures of the the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone this time. As i mentioned already, I had a personal challenge. Usually I always try my best, to make make my photos look beautiful and impressive, but this time I wanted to make them look creepy and postapocalyptic. I didn't know before, how difficult this would turn out to be. While hoping for nice weather all the time during my trips, this time I was hoping for a dark and cloudy sky. But maybe you saw on my pictures in part one already, that it was a warm and sunny spring day, so that was the first thing that went wrong. The next thing was, that I didn't expect so much vegetation. Everything was green, flowers were blooming, butterflies everywhere, it was like a garden of eden. Next problem: This guided tour is by far not a photo tour. The guides don't care about good places for taking photos. For example at one of the places, that I was looking forward to the most, the amusement park, I had only five minutes for walking around and taking photos. Another annoying thing is, that you're not allowed to enter buildings in Prypjat, but only in the small villages. So the conditions could not have been worse, but nevertheless, after working really hard and trying different things with Lightroom back at home, I was quite happy with a few shots. My favourite one with that creepy doll you could already see above. I hope you like that greenish/yellowish touch, in my opinion, it gives the pictures the right postapocalyptic look. So here are my other favourites:

Nachdem ich euch im ersten Teil schon mal ein paar grundsätzliche Informationen gegeben habe, möchte ich euch heute meine Lieblingsfotos aus der Tschernobyl Sperrzone zeigen. Wie ich bereits erwähnt habe, stellte ich mir eine persönliche Herausforderung. Normalerweise will ich meine Fotos immer besonders schön und beeindruckend aussehen lassen, aber diesmal sollten sie gruselig und postapokalyptisch wirken. Ich hatte jedoch keine Ahnung, wie schwierig das werden sollte. Während ich bei meinen Reisen sonst immer auf schönes Wetter hoffe, wünschte ich mir diesmal einen dunklen, wolkenverhangen Himmel. Vielleicht konntet ihr es aber auf den Bildern im ersten Teil schon sehen, ich hatte natürlich einen traumhaft sonnigen Frühlingstag erwischt. Das war schon mal die erste Sache die schief lief. Der nächste ungünstige Umstand war, dass ich nicht so viel Vegetation erwartet hatte. Alles war grün, Blumen blühten, Schmetterlinge schwirrten umher, es war wie ein Garten Eden. Nächstes Problem: Diese geführte Tour ist bei weitem keine Fototour. Die Reiseführer interessieren sich herzlich wenig für gute Plätze zum Fotografieren. Ich hatte mich zum Beispiel mitunter am meisten auf den Vergnügungspark gefreut und hatte dort gerade mal fünf Minuten Zeit, um mich frei zu bewegen und zu fotografieren. Eine weitere Sache die nervt ist, dass man in Prypjat keine Gebäude betreten darf, sondern nur in den kleineren Dörfern. Die Voraussetzungen hätten also kaum schlechter sein können, aber nichtsdestotrotz, nachdem ich wirklich intensiv gearbeitet und zuhause verschiedene Sachen mit Lightroom ausprobiert hatte, war ich mit ein paar Aufnahmen doch recht zufrieden. Mein Favourit, diese gruselige Puppe, konntet ihr bereits oben sehen. Ich hoffe euch gefällt dieser grünlich-gelbliche Touch. Ich finde er verleiht den Bildern das richtige, postapokalyptische Ausshen. Also hier sind meine anderen Lieblingsfotos:
