Frosting:

2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, room temp
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 (7 ounce) container marshmallow cream
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon coconut extract, optional
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons milk
