How to make your Hibiscus tea

Hibiscus IMG_20180610_164218.jpgis a flowering plants in the mallow family,they are usually attractive with their well arrayed flowers. This actually attracts Bees and other insects to carry out pollination.
Well Here in Nigeria. We tend to love this plant beyond the sight. We love the feel in our Tommy.
Especially when you take it cold. 😋.
Zobo(Hibiscus tea) is made form dried sepal calyce. Hibiscus leaves can be know also as rosemallow by some people and wonjo by some others.
So I wld be teaching how to prepare your Hibiscus tea.
1st. Hmm let's see where do I start.
Yes.
Ingredients.
You wld need.
1.The Leaf itself. !Ensure it's dried.
2.About 4-5 cups of boiling water
3.Lemon,Grapes,Pineapple,water Mellon....(to your taste)
4.You wld need sugar to taste.(sweet)
So let's move on to the steps.
firstly get a bowl.
Put your Hibiscus leaf in the bowl and pour in your hot water.
Ensure you get a led to cover your bowl so as to loosen the leafs and get the flavour and Great taste out. Then Get a colander and get your Juicy Zobo out. (You can Add in your Lemon,Pineapple(To your taste).
Hmm best served cold.
Enjoy your drink.
Well just to know it's also nutritional. It contains Carbohydrate ,protein ,vitamins and about 310mg of Beta carotene. To mention a few.
But just to tell you my little secret. I love taking it with ginger. It gives It a non forgettable taste.
