Hopetoun Falls - Victoria, Australia
Last year my family and I had a small trip towards the Great Otway National Park which is located 210km south-western from Melbourne CBD, We have never been up north from Apollo Bay I though it would be a good idea to explore the Otway National Park and do some off-road 4x4 that I read about and watch some scenery, but being my luck it was pouring with rain and I didn't take any recovery kit, not even tyre pump....
So instead of bumpy 4x4, we explored the Otway on tarmac and regular unsealed roads. We found those wonderful falls which are located 43km north of Apollo Bay.
It takes roughly 15min to walk from the car park to the waterfalls, It's really wonderful walking through the lush green forest and enjoy the stillness and quietness with a faint sound of the falls and birds singing.
Although most of the walk is on soil, it's great to walk on boards to keep your shoes clean.

Thank you @donofa, it was really nice, there were more waterfalls but our daughter was getting cranky, so we had to head home :(
