Legislate building with lights on
As promised. On my way back from meetings today I attempted at capturing the Legislation building at night whilst the lights were illuminated. A previous post from yesterday I made about the building itself, amply named ~ The legislate building in Victoria, BC. However, once sun has sunk into the Pacific Ocean for the day the building is lit up with over 3,300 lights. As you can see it is quite impressive.
"Does the Queen live there?" (I joke you not) OR
"How do you know when she is there?"
Their running gag reply is "When the lights are on, it means she is there."
Slightly mean but a little funny at the same time... You gotta be able to laugh at yourself every once in a while

Those lights look so fantastic, the Queen must be the happiest person surrounded by such bright lights.
Im sure she would be happy about it if she lived in Canada
Why in Canada?, am sure she is more than happy where she is in the UK
