There is a small stream that goes under part of the Charles Bridge. There is a water wheel in it and a statue of Vodnik, the water goblin, but you can't see him in this photo. I forget the stories about Vodnik, but they are mainly to keep children who are too small to swim from playing around water. Safety through fairy tales...
