I love cars and I love photography, so this photo I took about three years ago makes me super happy. Yeah, it's not a perfectly-restored car, but to me that somehow makes this little VW an even better photo subject. Enjoy.
It may very well be. I'm not super knowledgable about classic VWs sadly. Once upon a long while ago I had a 1972 Type 3 wagon. Finding parts for it was a nightmare, but it was an excellent car.

Not very much actually. While it is an HDR image, all that did was give it a lot more detail. It's for sure not out of camera, but it's not manipulated a whole lot. I'm just not that good at that sort of thing.

Cars of today are faceless ... and they don't last as long as the old once.
