Planning Doesn't Work

This was one hell of a trip. Five of us were planning to go to the beach one day but our driver was super late. He kept pushing back the time that we were gonna leave. Finally he came and got us but it was already pretty late in the day and he was trying to get photos sent off to someone. For some reason they needed them today. Once we got on the road a police car was coming through so we pulled over and got rear ended. Overall the trip was off to a horrible start. Once we got there though we had a great time. Wading into the cold Pacific Ocean, gazing at the stars, and practicing our astro shots (I didn't get any good ones sadly but I made some progress). The only problem was the driver had dropped us off hoping to go and find a place to send off the pictures, and he took all our tents and half of the fire wood with him... It wasn't until 1:00 am that he came back so that we could set up everything and go to bed. It all worked out in the end and we got home safe but it was not the trip we had planned on.
