    I would think if you are already taking the time to welcome new members this is a perfect way for your to add some extra value to a couple high quality posts. They typically will gain a handful of votes and comments and if you are chosen as a Judges Choice winner your featured bloggers get a free SteemBasicIncome share for lifetime votes.
