Dietes Grandiflora plant (is it a rain prediction plant?)

Dietes Grandiflora plant is located in South Africa.

The white, Iris-like flowers has an unique yellow and mauve markings.

The flower only last one day, but it opens up new flowers constantly, it also grows well in dry, shady or sunny areas.

I call it the "rain plant" because every time it blooms a new flower we get rain 1-2 days afterwards.
