This man appears to be a petty seller who sells souvenir articles on a road side. He is now utilizing his time in best possible manner by taking a nap on a public bench, when the business is at a low. He is utilizing his display tray as a pillow now. The fastening string that holds the display tray around his neck while selling is now let loose and falls vertically down and touches ground in a lazy fashion.
