Photography : Coffee Plants

This picture is a close up of coffee plants laden with fruits. As a beverage, coffee is preferred in South India over tea. Filter coffee is a delicacy here and is quite common. Seeds of the fruit are fried at low temperature till the time a particular aroma emerges from it. This is then powdered and packed for preservation. The hang-ups that results due to hard drink consumption is removed effectively by taking few sips of black coffee. Heavy hard drinkers take refuge to this course quite often to rid themselves from rebuke, reprimand and abuse from elders.
