Sorry for such a short post as I am just sharing photos

Been busy today relocating frogs to make sure they were safe so we could mow. We didn't realize this would be an issue. LOL

Those are toads ;) finally, I get to use my useless bachelor's degree!!! Hahahah they sure are cute though. Glad you spared them from being chopped to bits. Did they pee on you?

@balticbadger -- Ita that toads are both cute and are definitely famous for their peeing. My cousins and I used to love to catch them, and we were always getting peed on.

@tecnosgirl -- That was very considerate of you and (Hey!!! What's this!?! Looks like a post I didn't finish writing for some reason...Today is Saturday, September 29, 2018)...

Frogs toads same difference. And no they didn't pee on me. And we were always taught theses are tree frogs.

Okay I just reverse google image searched this to see if I could find out what type of toad. And apparently in some areas they are endangered and are of special concern in my state. That surprises me I swear we have at least 100 in our fenced in area and even more through out the rest of our 1.5 acres.

Crazy! You should contact your local US fish and wildlife office. When I worked for them we would give people money that had threatened species on their property if they protected them. We gave this old lady 15k not to ever mow her field cause there was a rare flower growing there! Really cool! Learn something every day.

Hmm something to consider. But I am all about protecting wildlife except those blood sucking insects. I could do without those type if insects....

That's for sure. When I liked in Wisconsin it was horrible, luckily here in Germany we don't have too many.

So I'm walking down the street in Steamboat Springs...
Here's a frog for ya..

Fat Toads!!! I love toads! Cute pictures. It is always fun playing with toads. I found a couple awhile back working on our house. Hopefully they won't go far and come back to the garden once you get it back up and growing again.

Dude there are hundreds of them in my yard.

Yay toads, I love toads. This one looks quite big.

This guy was on our riding mower yesterday next to the gas tank. Today we found he came back and he was sitting on the engine. We decided to leave him be for now. Since we are done mowing.

Yeah that is one of those tree frogs. They are yellow underneath. Careful they are slimy. @papa-pepper did a photo shoot of one of these guys not too long ago.

Yeah we moved him yesterday but he made his way back. So we are letting him chill.

Thank you for your care and attention.
