Jamrul

Hi friends i want to say something about a Bangladeshi fruit name Jamrul( Bengali name) .Commonly known as Water Apple or java apple. Its scientific name is syzygium aqueum and family name is Myrtaceae. Its a watery fruit and slightly sweet. Its skin is very thin,juice is colourless. It grows all over in Bangladesh and it has two colours, one is white colour and other is pink.

It has lots of vitamin C, vitamin B3 and carbohydrate. It helps digestion, protect against diabetes, prevent cancer, reduce fever and lot of benefits.
