Drone Footage Of The California Coast
Hi Steemies!
While we were on our big epic trip through the southwest of the U.S. we gathered quite a lot of drone footage. Landscapes can look so much different from above.
We used our DJI Phantom 4 Drone to take all our footage. We were glad that we took the drone with us and were able to capture these moments on this trip.

These clips were taken along the California coast between L.A. and San Francisco as well as in the San Francisco Potreo Hill neighborhood.

Das sind ja so tolle Bilder! Ich bin auch schon lange am Überlegen, ob ich mir nicht so ein "Spielzeug" zulegen sollte... 🤔
Also wenn du Spaß daran hast auch Videos zu drehen, dann solltest du das machen. Es gibt eine ganz andere Perspektive und quasi eine andere 'Dimension' zu den Bildern. Wir haben es keinen Tag bereut, die Drohne gekauft zu haben. Sie kommt auch jetzt wieder mit nach China 😊
Awesome ! I recently just got back from visiting south side of PCH, so beautiful.
Also been thinking about getting into drone photography but still haven't got one yet. Was this a first use or have you been flying them for a while?
This was pretty much our first time using the drone to actually make a video out of footage. We practiced flying at home a little but not much. I think that the footage we are taking now is better in regards to the shots :-) Let me know if you have questions. I'll try and answer them for you.

How much time to do you spend editing footage?
Also, are some of those shots time lapse vs. video?
