A Glimpse of the Majestic Galapagos Islands
There's not many places as pristine as this one.
My parents recently returned from a Galapagos cruise and were nice enough to let me share them.
These are indeed the islands that Charles Darwin visited, with unique species not found anywhere else in the world. The one shown above (with the red chest) is known as the Great Frigatebird. They were actually in mating season at this time, hence the chest puffing.
A couple of the more memorable ones are named the Blue Footed Booby and the Red Footed Booby. This of course spurred the creation of various "I Love Booby's t-shirt designs!
