I will tell you about the trip to the nothern village Teriberka on the coast of the Barents Sea.
This is a popular tourist destination for wildlife lovers.
Approximately 120 km from Murmansk, Russia.

At first the road is pretty good. Nice asphalt. Around the road there are small mountains.
Local call them "hills"

Gradually the trees grow lower and lower and we enter the tundra, where there are no trees.

There are only moss, stones and dwarf birches not taller than the boot.

Approximately half way there is a toilet near the road. But this is a terrible place.
Heaps of garbage!

And the nature around is amazingly beautiful. Lakes, tundra and power lines along the road. At the end of this road named Serebryanka is the Serebryanskaya HPP, because power lines stretch from the hydroelectric station to the city.

But at the crossroads between Teriberka and Tumanniy Asphalt unexpectedly ends. We will have to travel about 30 km along a dirt road
