Today I prepared delicious canapés on skewers of vegetables, mayonnaise and
salted herring.

We prepare vegetables. My beets, potatoes and carrots.
We wrap them in foil and put in an oven, heated to 180-190 degrees.
We bake until the vegetables are ready. Approximately 1 -1.5 hours

I purchased a special device in the store for the formation of canapes.
It is such a plastic bulb with different nozzles: circles, ovals, squares and even hearts with pointed edges.
Inside the bulb in the handle is a pusher.
The process of cooking canapes is simple.

Spread the vegetables and mayonnaise in turn.
You force the canapes into the inside of the flask, and then push the canapes out with a special pusher.
Brilliantly!
As a result, you get beauty, you just have to put the herring on top and pierce the canapé with a skewer.
And then beautifully put everything on the plates.
