In the container handling process at the port. The activities included in the dala m it is.

Receiving : is the activity of container movement from hinterland through in gate to container yard (CY ) for stacking
Loading : is the activity of the container movement from the yard container (CY) to the dock to the ship for loading.
Unloading / discharge : is the activity of container movement from ship to c ontainer yard (CY) for the stack
Delivery : is the activity of container yard (CY) container movement through out gate to hinterland
Stavedoring: is the work unload containers from the hold the ship to dock or vice versa by using a crane or crane ship ashore
Trucking / haulage : is the work of hauling the container by using the dock within the working area of ​​the port from ship hull to container yard (CY) or vice versa.
Shifting / grunded : is the job of moving the container from the bay / row / tier to the other bay / row / tier in the hold of the vessel which is carried out by piled on the dock first.
Relocation: is the work to move the container from the block / slot / row / tier else in container yar d (CY) with the aim of grouping containers in a place or places buildup discharging.

Unstuffing : is the work of arranging the container and stacking it on the tool.
Stacking : is the work of arranging containers in yard containers (CY) or other containers.
