Summer means happy times and good sunshine! ;-)

The hottest months of the year begins today.

The power of our star the Sun, if there is no Sun, then there will be nothing on our beautiful planet Earth.

Sun safety it is very important! It is very important for beautiful skin to avoid excess Sun exposure all year round for our good health.

In the summer specifically, we experience more heat in our bodies due to the greater amount of time that we all spent outdoors.

Please, use sunscreen, for a healthy summer skin and any outdoor activity especially with the children, our little ones.

Always consume a lot of water, fresh fruits, and veggies!
