areca nut and its benefits

I enjoyed your post! I have never eaten one of these nuts, but it's funny how similar the tree shoot and actual "fruit" (nut) looks to a coconut! Pretty neat! Are they in the same family of plants?
thanks my friend, you have appreciated my post. actually if we see from the shape of his trunk he is a kind of coconut tree but if we look from the fruit and it's not him from the coconut type. its contents are small as big as a round and hard toe and it feels originally brown and is filled with fat taste. anyone who tries it will usually be addicted.
