The Fijian Boy

This is a photograph I took on my last trip to Fiji. In a bustling market place inundated with sellers trying to make something of their wears, a young boy turns and looks to me in question of his mothers disapproval. The feeling in a place like that was poetically charged, it ripened my thoughts of excess in the western world.
