water leaking on hills

there is in pakistan a place called swat, fiza ghat i was walking on the hills and enjoying myself. i saw a water pipline which starts in a lake that was on that side.
there in this pic a place where water leaked and green grass is growing any where.
i enjoyed that and thought share with you guys.
