It is clear now after rain during last night and dawn.
The following is the photo of Mt. Nam (meaning Mt. South) and Han River, Seoul

Air is clear
since after rain.
But,
the river water is muddy color.
Which do you prefer between
Clean Air and Muddy River Water
and Dusty Air and Blue River Water ?

It is not so beautiful river and mountain view,
but rather a stable river and mountain view in a 10-mega city, I guess.
There are many good places which command better Han River View which shows beautiful bending Han river,
but I like this view too.

It is not easy to find clean sky and clear river in Seoul.
Yes, you are right.
Clean air is available mostly only just after the rain.
I guess it's less than 30 days in a year. (no strict statistics, just my feeling)
Korea is indeed a developed country. Whether it's technology or culture. Many people who wish to travel to the world's best ginseng producer. One of them is me.
