Car Trails 车灯光轨

One of the most interesting subject for long exposure are cars. Against a backdrop of street lights and neon signs, the backlight and front light of cars draw colourful streaks running across the picture. A tripod is essential for taking car trails, as well as patience. A vantage point looking over a highway will help, but not necessary. Make sure you choose a time where cars are actually moving instead of all stuck in rush hour traffic. Same thing goes for traffic lights. Wait for green light before you press your shutter so the cars are actually moving.
