Last days of Summer pass away (life in rhymes)

Last days of Summer pass away,
I feel the Autumn breath.
All sunny moments of this year
Rose up my broken wings.
I'm not ready to fly now
Because I'm still afraid
But I believe it's worth to try.
To try and find new way!
