Another view with the UTV in the middle.
As its leaving the shot, with a nice little dust trail. As its mostly dirt and rocks alot of dust can be kicked up in the quarry. I try to turn away as they drive by as they produce alot.
And a view from the top of the quarry's rim, around where the tree line is in the first photo. There is a UTV in this shot as well, keeping with the #vehiclephotography theme.

Yeah it was a nice day, but got real hot by the end. I suggest going in April as October can be quite hot still.
A large stone wall that looks sturdy and strong, why don't you try to climb the big wall @solominer ?

It may be sturdy but its against the rules to climb the walls at Graves Mountain. Plus I did not bring repelling gear. Ive repelled at other places though.

Thanks very much, Yeah that quarry is just massive. And in the last photo looking down into the pit just makes me feel even smaller... hah!
