As I told you, Photography is one of my skills. Some time ago, in order to promote myself in an art exhibition in Mexico, I toke several photos with the guarantee that they would choose one of them. Fortunately for me, they chose a couple of them with the same theme:

Como os dije, entre mis habilidades está la fotografía. Tiempo atrás, con el fin de promocionarme en una exposición de arte en México, realicé varias fotografías con la garantía de que me escogieran alguna de ellas. Afortunadamente para mí, eligieron un par de ellas de una misma temática:

The Earth is spherical. Our eyes are spherical. The expanding universe may also be spherical. The most popular sport in the world has a spherical object as protagonist. The sphere is the most perfect geometric shape that exists, the only one without vertices, the only one whose center and its maximum circumferences are identical and perfect. No matter how close you are, you will not find vertices in it. It is a perfect curve, a closed and absolute circumferential circuit.

La Tierra es esférica. Nuestros ojos son esféricos. El universo en expansión tal vez también sea esférico. El deporte más popular del mundo tiene como protagonista un objeto esférico. La esfera es la forma geométrica más perfecta que existe, la única sin vértices, la única cuyo centro y sus circunferencias máximas son idénticas y perfectas. No importa cuanto te acerques, no encontrarás vértices en ella. Es una curva perfecta, un circuito circunferencial cerrado y absoluto.

Can we say that reality itself is spherical? Or maybe, our visual perception allows us to see not one, but two? Both share a common denominator. They embrace the center and its surroundings with the maximum circumferences...

¿Podemos decir que la realidad en sí misma es esférica? ¿O tal vez, nuestra percepción visual nos permita ver no una, sino dos? Ambos comparten denominador común. Abrazan el centro y su alrededor con las circunferencias máximas...
