Old Church in Pskov (Russia) / Alte Kirche in Pskov (Russland)

Hello friends!
There are a lot of church buildings and temples in the city of Pskov (Russia), there are about 50 of them! This is a city of churches. Very often, churches are located next to residential apartment buildings. This is very unusual for me, because in our city there are few churches and they are not built so close to residential buildings. The photographs include one of the active churches of the 16th century, which is located inside a typical courtyard with a complex of residential buildings. This is an interesting contrast for me!

In der Stadt Pskov (Russland) gibt es viele Kirchengebäude und Tempel, davon etwa 50! Dies ist eine Stadt der Kirchen. Kirchen befinden sich häufig neben Wohngebäuden. Dies ist für mich sehr ungewöhnlich, da es in unserer Stadt nur wenige Kirchen gibt und diese nicht in der Nähe von Wohngebäuden gebaut sind. Die Fotografien zeigen eine der aktiven Kirchen des 16. Jahrhunderts, die sich in einem typischen Innenhof mit einem Wohnkomplex befindet. Das ist ein interessanter Kontrast für mich!
