Photo A Day #3 - Macro

A few months back I was trying something a little different than what I usually do. I wanted to try macro photography. No I know this is not "TRUE" macro as it is not as close up as it should be to actually be called that, but I had to work with the lens I had. So with some tinkering and playing around, this is what I came up with.

I used my own glasses, a book and some other items. I wanted to give it a warm feeling so I turned all the lights off and lit a candle. I am quite pleased with the result
