Paradise called Norfolk Island

Just over 800 nautical miles off the eastern edge of Australia, on the border of the Coral and the Tasman Seas, lies a little slice of a paradise called Norfolk Island. This tiny island haven, which is officially part of Australia, is an idyllic mix of pristine beaches, tumbling waterfalls, scenic walk trails and fascinating history and culture.

King Island Tourism Tasmania!

This island off Tasmania's North West coast is one of more than 330 islands that make up the state of Discover Tasmania. Just a 90-minute flight from the city of Launceston, King Island is located in the Bass Strait and subject to the infamous Roaring Forties winds. An ideal location for big swell, avid surfers flock to King Island for its numerous breaks including Disappointment Bay (pictured).

Tip: Pack a picnic and get to the top of Mt Ngungun before sunrise to watch the sky come to life; it’s truly breathtaking.
