Photography or a image I feel often captures those treasured moments in ones life but I also find that just like the act of writing our collective pictures can also be an art-form. The beauty and meaning of photograph can be expressed and shared in many ways including "by not using any words".

While I do like photography I used to share images when I could that I captured day to day events, the feedback was mostly positive and I continued sharing these "Ulog type" photos.

Almost every picture as a story to tell, or at least that is what I have often been told by some of my regular followers when I first started sharing photos on here.
To those who have often said and expressed that to me I would have to agree with them.

Since I had the early shifts I went to sleep a little earlier the past few days but unfortunately ended up going late again last night, there just isn't enough time during the day and work takes up too many hours.
I expected getting up to be a much bigger struggle since I knew I could sleep more, this is because today I was finally off work.

The day started with the sun appearing here and there but the day remained too cold for my liking, my hope was that later it wouldn't get much colder as I had plans to meet a friend later. We have both been very busy lately due to different time schedules and their training for a new job often gets in the way. And I was right later it did get colder, well not when going to meet my friend but as I returned home it was cold.

I'm not sure what was going on today but many people were on ridding on bikes, either bicycles or motors bikes, at first I thought it could be because of the cold but don't people get colder ridding on bike?

Anyway as for the picture today I share one from the "street" which I have not done in a very long time. This was actually taken in the late afternoon, it wouldn't be much longer until it would start getting dark, it was very cold out on this day, there was also a tiny touch of mist wanting to arise.
Unfortunately I believe this image doesn't capture the mist but as I walked down these very strangely quiet back streets something odd caught my eye.

At first it looked like someone had placed something hanging to look scary but with a closer zoom of the camera we could see better what is was.
While this is not threatening it was still slightly creepy to see this on the empty quiet back streets. I haven't actually walked down this way in a long time and I'm glad.
This is because while in one way this might not look scary what is scary is what happened about two weeks ago just further down this road. There sits a playground for kids that's normally empty....yes I know probably another thing which doesn't seem scary but just behind the playground there are some tress which blocks the view of a small stream. Well in the stream the dead body of a teenage boy was found, the theory is he must of been attacked while making he's way home as police claim that even today they still have no idea who the boy is and how the body ended up in the stream.
