Photography or a image I feel often captures those treasured moments in ones life but I also find that just like the act of writing our collective pictures can also be an art-form. The beauty and meaning of photograph can be expressed and shared in many ways including "by not using any words".

While I do like photography I used to share images when I could that I captured day to day events, the feedback was mostly positive and I continued sharing these "Ulog type" photos.

Almost every picture as a story to tell, or at least that is what I have often been told by some of my regular followers when I first started sharing photos on here.
To those who have often said and expressed that to me I would have to agree with them.

We are close to Christmas and I wanted to put up some things abit more related to the season and I think often when many of us think about Christmas we tend to imagine a white Christmas with all it's snow covering the ground, houses and nature.

I wanted to sleep at a decent time last night as I had a long day of shopping and knew the following the I would have a long day at work, to add to the tiredness before I went out shopping the previous day was also a relatively long one at work.
But I went out with my friend to do shopping and ended up being the bag holder for all the presents even if my friend kept saying the family was spending less and buying less this year.
As the bag holder it didn't feel like it lol.

I arrived home much later than I wanted and by the time everything was done I went to sleep way too late for this mornings early shift.
Annoyingly my alarm didn't ring but shockingly I woke-up on my own with just about enough time to get into work, if it was not for this I would of been hours late for work.

At least it wasnt early enough for it to be pitch black outsite but even better was that the weather as remained milder when it comes to the cold we have been having lately.

When i got into work I was worried I wouldnt be doing my usual duties but today I finally was...well for over half the shift later I had to move to another area to make sure things were getting done and honestly the time dragged from there.

Long day but it's best not to complain too much as I had some unexpected expenses to pay off these past 3 months and like this I can catch-up with all my losses, perhaps even by the end of the year if lucky.

As for steps I must stress I'm keeping less and less tabs on it because it's no longer recording most of my steps or at least that's that conclusion, still for today I hit a combined total of 13k out of the 105k weekly target which puts me 17k behind for this week.

Anyway as for the picture today I share one of what appears to be a row of dead tress but the reality is they are very much alive just doing what they do to survive the harsh cold weather and all the snow freezing everything in it's path.
With the so called dead tress being in the late afternoon the image also as a hint of a eerie feel to it.
There as been much talk of snow for this year but so far it as not happened which honestly does surprise me somewhat just because of how frosty it's been lately, it's definitely weather for it to easily snow I think.
Well minus the past few days since the rain feel it's made it milder but I don't think too far from possible snowfall.
I know that many hate Christmas but I love it, not for the reason most people would probably think, and I believe many of those who do hate Christmas it's because of all the stress that it brings, for us we remove all that stress so that we can enjoy and concentrate on what's most important, which is putting up decorations together as a family or with friends and next is spending that special time with each other. Apart from that nothing else really matters much, that includes presents they are a low priority.
