Photography or a image I feel often captures those treasured moments in ones life but I also find that just like the act of writing our collective pictures can also be an art-form. The beauty and meaning of photograph can be expressed and shared in many ways including "by not using any words".

While I do like photography I used to share images when I could that I captured day to day events, the feedback was mostly positive and I continued sharing these "Ulog type" photos.

Almost every picture as a story to tell, or at least that is what I have often been told by some of my regular followers when I first started sharing photos on here.
To those who have often said and expressed that to me I would have to agree with them.

Hope everybody so far as been having a good year, we had pancake day about 2 weeks but due to my busy schedule I haven't had the opportunity to have any yet, but perhaps for this weekend we can finally eat some pancakes.

Still it never was exactly a joyful start to the year, well unless your a sleeping NPC or in a good place as the power companies raised the cost of energy again at the start of January.
Honestly it's like they are charging more and more every 4 months or something, it's getting really out of hand and yet it's claimed we are able to produce more energy then ever before due to todays technology, the same as been said for food yet much of the world is struggling for food, someone is telling lies.
To make it even better these greedy scum are planning to once again raise the costs, guess I was right about every 4 months there will be a raise in energy prices.
While people are already angry about this in general it's not enough, we need to constantly be battling these idiots or we are going to be spending all our wages turning a light on for 1 minute.

Last night I went to sleep earlier than the usual late hour and infact I was feeling tired even before that so no issue falling asleep as I think I was still tired from the previous early morning work shifts.
When I got up this morning I was hoping for a brighter day but to no surprise it was mostly cloudy and cold but at least for now there was no wind or rain.
However the sun was trying to show it's face but with so much cloud out there I didn't think it was possible unless it would be much later in the day.

I was hoping since I went to sleep earlier I would be able to start the day sooner but this was not the case, I was off from work today and so a little extra rest would be ok.
However I did mentioned last night to friends which I'm seeing today that we should try to finally make it to having those dam pancakes.
I mean sure I could of easily had pancakes at any point but our plan is to go somewhere specific where they make some really nice pancakes.

When I left home to meet with friends it was really frosty outside, couldn't believe how much the temperature dropped considering the previous day had a nice afternoon.
Still regardless of this cold weather we was determined that today was going to be our pancake day.
We managed to go to this special place for pancakes and wow they were so delicious, we all agreed we could of gone for another round of the same.

But since the calories intake would be insane we decided to go somewhere else for something with slightly less calories.
We tried looking around but only found a McDonalds', since it was so cold out we decided on going there.

What a mistake we had made, not only was it a small compact McDonalds with barely any room for us but there was constantly beggars coming in and harassing ALL customers for money.
Me and my friends have made a mental note to never walk in there again it was a terrible experience.

After that we tried to make our way home I saw tried because some drunk guy kept bumping into me as we waited on transport. My friends suggested we go watch a film which we started to watch until about half way when I received a strange call from my mom.
I was late and so it was strange for her to be calling me at the time, when I picked up it was not my mother on the line but the police.
There had been a incident in which I had to leave immediately to find my mother, it was for this reason I was not able to post.

As for the picture today I share some flower photography and yes I know that this type of photography on Steemit as a bit of a bad reputation because it was often used by spammers to make like 8 posts each day.
Hopefully as you can see from my blog I'm nowhere near making 8 or more posts per day on the topic of flowers.
This was captured as the nice weather started, I'd say around nearly a month in after it kicked in, I was on my way to meet a friend and on this day I walked past these roses.
But I suddenly had to stop and capture them as not only did they look beautiful but there was a very slight pleasant smell in the air from them in this small area.
Here I captured probably the largest rose face so far it's nearly perfect without much defect and I think it's absolutely beautiful, it was wonderful to be able to capture their details so beautifully. Sometimes I feel the sun helped this shot other times I think it made it worse I guess it's about which part your looking at and admiring.
Well after stopping for a while to admire these roses I continued to make way for my friends house.
