Platycodon Grandiflorus Flower
Hi friends.Name of this flower is Platycodon grandiflorus.It belongs to the Campanulaceae family and is known for its distinctive balloon-shaped flower buds that gradually unfurl to reveal beautiful,star-shaped flowers.The balloon-like buds are formed by five fused petals,which create a balloon-like structure before opening.The petals come in various colors including shades of blue,purple,white and pink.Once fully open,the flowers showcase a prominent central stigma surrounded by five pointed petals that resemble a star.The blooms are typically 2 to 3 inches in diameter,adding a delightful pop of color to gardens and landscapes.
