Tofu Lover's Paradise

It's about time I wrote a post about the city I live in, Shenkeng. Located on the outskirts of Taipei City, Shenkeng is a small town famous for its tofu. There's an old street here that features the typical shops found in Taiwan's tourism-driven old streets with tofu available everywhere including tofu-flavored ice cream and desserts.

This place is vegetarian friendly, as is most places in Taiwan, which is why I love it here!

So next time if you happen to be in Taipei City, drop by Shenkeng and enjoy a meal filled with tofu!
