Changes With a Dog in Life! till now

so its been more then a week now with my pup. its was tough to look after him in this starting week as I was only used to keep birds with do not require that much attention and time. Dogs are more diificult to keep than i thought it to be.
in starting 2 nights I kept him in his room as I couldn't have kept him in my room. He kept crying and making noise which was quite disturbing, every other hour you have to go and keep and eye on him.
