Creating a new dish. I'm a chef.
Today I was not in the mood to have any of the dishes from the menu so I've decided to go crazy and order some bread, a burrata with salad and make a sandwich out of it.
Ordered some chips to go with it!
Is my sandwich approved?
This is what I got...
I topped it up with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper and was super delicious.
I am happy that I have decided to prepare this.
