Duck Companion @senseicat

For a few months, I noticed a single duck around the lake. I feel that we bonded in the sense that she follows me once she spots me. I imagine that someone has been feeding her as she has no inhibitions around people.

Each time, I see her, I wish that she will find a friend or some companionship instead of floating along the water by herself. I even watched her try to find a place to nestle in during the evenings as dusk approaches.

The other day, I captured this photo and she has met a friend to spend time with and it was pleasant surprise and gave me peace.
