Award Winning Giovannis Shrimp Food Truck @senseicat

Today, was my second introduction to Giovanni's and their specialty is their award winning shrimp scampi sauce. They serve it with two scoops of rice and they have plenty of additional offerings.

Located, on the North shore of Oahu, it take about an hour and a half from Waikiki depending on traffic to arrive at this destination.

As you can see, the shrimp truck is decorated entirely from corner to corner.

The line is guaranteed to be always 2 blocks in length. First, you wait in the line to order followed by a second line to pick up the food.

It is definitely worth the wait--even if it takes close to 1 hour!

There are many other food trucks to choose from Thai, Mexican, Korean, and BBQ corn. Giovanni's is definitely the most popular consistently!
