Sittin on the Dock on a Sunny Summer Day
I've been hanging out with my son Hux today. We took a little walk down to the river. It's only about a five minute walk from our house, so we get to come down here whenever we want, but it never gets boring. We sat down on the dock and hung our legs over the edge and watched the water spiders skitter across the surface of the water.
On our way back home, we found a little patch of mushrooms growing on the side of the trail.
We had to duck our heads to get under the two massive oak trees that fell over the trail.
We saw this little writing spider at the end of the trail, and stopped to admire it before we went on home. I hope you enjoyed sharing this little adventure with us!
