Surprise, again!
Yesterday, instead of cooking lunch (everyone went missing somewhere), I went running.
After one hour of running in the fresh and sunny day, coming home and surprise:
My wife was back from the forest with a basket full of mushrooms! Again.
For dinner, we had a mushroom feast, of course.
And for desert chestnuts! What a feast!

LOL Serious it sounds amazing and I love mushrooms but how filling can that be? What about a bit of ham or cheese and salami too? Cheer$;)
Hehe, it wasn't so big feast...just for four. But yes, agree, if the mushrooms are used as spice or sauce, there should be everything. For me, the best are with crushed potato or pasta...
