I decided to try that sweatcoin. You get coins for walking outside. Give me additional reason to be outside and walk as much as I can. Plus it gives me time to relax and talk to my beautiful daughter.

You do need a smartphone to keep track of it. It monitors you by gps. It only tracks the outside steps. And it then breaks it down and gives you coins for steps walked. @taskmaster4450 has used it a bit more. This was only my second time getting out using it.
