Living behind the Wall - The Well
This well is serving a community of approximately 500 souls give or take a few duzen.
It's slightly better with the CR's - there is two of them.
I was there to replace the broken pump. A pump is vital so the well can be covered and
the water is not being contaminated.
Until that point every body used an old basketball and a rope. Which was not only unhygienic but also very dangerous seeing all those small children playing around the well.

Thank you for placing a contribution to the improvement of a community. If we all do homework in favor of someone who needs our help, the world would be much better.
All I did was check on my neighbors. Those pumps are not expensive and they make a huge difference. The government does nothing. - It takes them years to even acknowledge that there is a community never mind furbishing them with the necessities. - It took me about a month to distribute 6 pumps all in a radius of 3 km of where I live. - I wish I could have helped with the sanitary options but that costs quite a lot and you need permits as well as expertise. It is hard to find the space for a septic tank and a well in the tiny bit they share to live on.
