Interesting, kind of made me think what it'd be like to look through some weird insect eyes.
I prefer the night time as well, too many people around during the day.
Yeah...got me some nice night time macro shots somewhere on my HD...everything is filed chronologically so it naturally takes a long time to find stuff the further back it is...night time IS the right time!
