I admire a lot those who know how to draw and paint, the pencil doesn't listen to me, so photo editing has been a very nice alternative. Thank you very much sir @r2cornell
What you say about those who can draw and paint I understand. I have difficulty drawing a stick person. My camera lens and my eye treats me much better. I look forward to learning photo editing as an extension of That.
yes, in addition the photography helps us to connect with the nature, to stop and to observe the details.
I generally use lightroom.
I have an open source editor called photoscape. Once I learn all of it I will look at move up. I was trying a special effects this morning on a beautiful rose. I liked what I saw enough I am going to keep working with it.
