Twin Center or twin towers of Casablanca
These two buildings are the tallest office buildings in Morocco. They rise on 115 meters for 28 floors each, gather 93 000 m2 of offices, and have their own high atrium of 7.2 meters.
There are 15 lifts at the Twin Center. The Twin Center was inaugurated in 1998, and has become a landmark in Casablanca and a place from which one enjoys the best possible panorama on the city1. Tower A includes a shopping center and the premises of several companies. Tower B is a 5-star hotel. The architect of the Twin Center complex is the Spaniard Ricardo Bofill and the Moroccan Elie Mouyal.
