Hahaha - I love OTE... They killed my VOIP connection in the night to January/1. I've seen in the log it was a VOIP-Password issue. But guess what they did after several calls: They limited my 3/30 MBit VDSL2 to about 0.5/10 MBit... I did not have any internet issues at all (until that call)!
Did not help of course. But they allways do this first if you call them with problems... (not limited to OTE. Others also do it as a first action)
After some more calls they managed to fix my landline but Internet still slow... Call them again? Don't know it this is a good idea :-)
I called customer service a few hours ago and estimated waiting time was 1,5 hours!! The automatic operator said they'll call me back... but they didn't say when.
I think tomorrow I'll go buy a new one after work, just to be on the safe side.
I have a Vdsl 50 MPs and the the only way to have this kind of speed is through ethernet or else I have 25-30 MPs. It was more general comment for your info. :)

If you want the name speed of your connection use cable and ethernet.
Yes, I know it so 2000s but there is no other way that I know of.
I tried with a borrowed device, wifi doesn't work and the only pages that load for me via ethernet are google and facebook (#sometimes_i_hate_my_life)
